Can You See Us Now?

Reddick Library has received a grant from the Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation (ICECF), to upgrade the lighting in the library. The new lighting is now more energy efficient and the new fixtures put out a more natural light that is easier on the eyes.
Watt a difference!!

Harry Potter Release Party

The Reddick Library's Harry Potter Release Party was a huge success with 26 Potter fans in attendance. All kids were sorted into the four Hogwarts Houses for a trivia contest. Attendees received henna tattoos, and participated in a Bertie Botts All Flavor Bean judging contest. A scavenger hunt ensued for all houses and then an individual search for the snitch with the grand prize being a copy of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". Then all walked to the Book Mouse for further festivities and to purchase the new book.
